Pricing for Add-On Services, Optional Features, and Platform Usage Charges

This pricing guide outlines usage-based billing rates and pricing for optional add-ons available within the Agency Edge Pro platform. These charges are billed in addition to your monthly or annual subscription charges for optional features and services added to your account, or for usage of certain features within the platform as outlined below.

Most of our subscription plans include a pre-determined monthly credit amount to cover usage charges that may be incurred on a monthly basis. For many customers, the included usage credits will be sufficient to cover their normal monthly usage. However, customers with moderate to heavy usage of certain features are more likely to incur additional charges once the included credits are exceeded, with those overages billed to the customer's wallet and deducted from that balance, as outlined below.

💳 Billing & Wallet: Agency Edge Pro uses a virtual wallet-based billing system. Usage fees/charges are deducted from your wallet balance on a continuing basis as usage occurs. When your wallet balance drops below $5, the system will automatically charge your billing account payment method on file in increments of $20 to replenish your wallet and ensure uninterrupted service.  If your wallet balance drops to or below $0.00, certain features in the platform may be disabled temporarily until the wallet returns to a positive balance.

Unused Credits: Please note that unused credits included in your subscription plan expire at the end of each month, and do not roll over to the following month. For clarity, all usage-based charges and wallet deductions are calculated and billed on a continuous cycle (as your wallet drops below a certain balance rebilling occurs), even if your subscription is billed monthly or annually.

Phone Numbers:  Local; $1.40/month | Toll-Free; $2.60/month     

Voice Calls:  Making Calls; 1.68¢/min ($10 in usage covers approximately 595 minutes) | Receiving Calls; 1.02¢/min | Inbound via phone number; 2.64¢/min    

Text Messaging (SMS/MMS):  SMS; 1.0 ¢/segment | MMS Outbound; 2.4¢/segment | MMS Inbound; 1.2¢ (local) or 2.4¢ (toll-free)

Call Recording:  0.30¢ per recorded minute

Call Recording Storage: 0.06¢ per recorded minute per month

Call Transcription: 2.9¢ per recorded minute

Number Intelligence:  Validation; 0.6¢ | Spam Detection; 0.6¢ | Name Lookup; 1.2¢

Answering Machine Detection: 0.9¢ per attempt

Voicemail Drops: 2.16¢ per minute

Conference Calls: 0.22–0.48¢ per participant per minute

Domains: $15 each/ year (purchased directly within the app)

WordPress Hosting:  $15/month (Secure hosting for your WordPress website)

Auto-Complete Address: $0.036–0.053¢ per lookup ($10 in usage credits ≈ 1,585–2,780 executions)

3. 🤖 AI & Workflow Features

Funnel AI: $1.20 per funnel

Content AI:  Text: ~11¢ per 1,000 words | Images: ~7.2¢ per image ($10 in usage credits ≈ 92,595 words or 140 images)

Conversation AI: ~2.4¢ per message ($10 In usage credits ≈ 415 messages)

Voice AI: 1.56¢ per minute ($10 in usage credits ≈ 65 minutes)

Reviews AI: 10¢ per response ($10 in usage credits ≈ 100 responses)

Workflow Assistant:

External AI Models – Input: ~$0.90 per 750,000 words | Output: ~$3.60 per 750,000 words

Workflow Premium Features:  Billed at 1.2¢ per execution for premium triggers and actions in workflows and apps. $10 in usage credits ≈ 835 executions.

WhatsApp Usage: Approximately 9¢ per use ($10 in usage credits ≈ 115 uses)

Email: $10 in usage credits ≈ 12,500 emails (Billed at ~0.08¢ per email)

Workflow Pro – Starter: $15/month | Growth: $38/month | Scale: $75/month (Add on subscription for managing premium workflow triggers and actions.  Purchasing

AI Employee:  $139/month (Unlimited use of all AI employee features, including Voice AI, Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, Funnel AI, and Workflow Assistant AI).  External AI Models are not included in AI Employee, and will be billed at standard rates.

Ad Manager: $29/month (Manage and track ads from a single dashboard)

Business Listings/ Citations (Yext Subscription): $50/month (Maintain accurate info across 70+ directories such as Google, Bing, Yelp, etc.)

WordPress Hosting: $15/month (Secure hosting for your WordPress website)

WhatsApp Add-On: – $15/ month, plus usage charges.

Q: Do usage credits included with my subscription plan roll over if unused?

A: No. Unused credits included with your subscription plan expire at the end of each month.

Q: What happens if I deplete my wallet balance?

A: Your payment method on file is charged in $20 increments to replenish the wallet when your balance drops below $5.

Q: Are usage charges capped?

A: No. Usage charges accrue based on actual usage across calls, texts, emails, AI, and other services and features.  Unlimited plans may be available for certain features, if desired.

Q: How do I know my wallet balance?

A: You can view your wallet balance at any time in your Agency Edge Pro account billing dashboard.

Q: Are add-on services billed from my wallet?

A: No. Add-on services (e.g., AI Employee, Workflow Pro, Ad Manager, Yext, Etc) are billed directly to your payment method on file, and will not affect your wallet balance.
