Q: Who is Agency Edge Pro for?
A: We work with many types of businesses, including a wide variety of local and service-based businesses (insurance, home services, automotive services and sales, contractors, healthcare, professional services, retail, etc.) that want more leads, reviews, efficiency, and profitability.
Q: How is Agency Edge Pro different from “just” a CRM?
A: It’s an operating system: CRM + two-way messaging/calls + review generation + automation + websites/landing pages + analytics + AI. One login. One system.
Q: Do I need to be “techy” to use it?

A: Two-way SMS/MMS, email, voice (call, voicemail), web chat, missed-call text-back, and a unified inbox linked to every contact so you never miss a conversation.
Q: How does automation help me?

4) Onboarding & Setup
Q: What does onboarding look like?
A: A guided launch: connect Google/Facebook/email/phone, import contacts, pick your workflows, customize messages, and go live with essentials first.
Q: Will you migrate my data?
A: Yes—CSV contact imports are simple. We’ll provide a checklist and help map fields. (Advanced migrations may require scoped services.)
Q: Do you set up my Google Business Profile (GBP)?
A: We can assist with setup and optimization of your GBP, enable automated review capture, and monitoring.
Q: How long does setup take?
A: Basic setup can be completed in days; more advanced customization rolls out in phases over 2–4 weeks while you’re already benefiting from quick wins.
5) Plans, Pricing & Billing
Q: What plans do you offer, and what are your prices?
A: Our plans start at $179 per month for our full system, with three pricing tiers available depending on the number of users that need access to the system, or the number of contacts managed. Each plan tier will also include monthly usage credits at different levels. Limited feature plans may also be available at a discounted rate, depending on your specific needs. Add-on products and services may be available for an additional charge.
Q: What are “usage credits”?
A: Our plan tiers include usage credits. These credits are included in your plan, and are used to offset usage-based costs (SMS, MMS, voice minutes, email sending, premium features, AI features, etc). If you exceed your included monthly credits, overages draw from your wallet at standard rates.
Q: Are there contracts? Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
A: There are no required long-term contracts, and most of our customers are on a month-to-month, automatically renewable contract. Longer term contracts may be available in some circumstances. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time.
Q: Do you offer annual pricing or discounts?
A: Yes, we provide a discount for plans paid in one annual lump sum. Ask our team for current annual options and other incentives or special offers that may be available.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Major credit/debit cards. Invoices/ACH can be arranged for larger accounts, but usage credit overages and add-on services that bill on a monthly or ongoing basis may still require a credit or debit card for billing purposes.
6) Phone, SMS, Email & Compliance
Q: How do phone and SMS work?
A: You can provision numbers, text, and call directly in the platform. Calls can be recorded and stored in the contact record for compliance or quality control purposes, if desired. If your usage of phone related credits exceeds your monthly usage credit allowance, your card on file will be billed to replenish your wallet balance.
Q: Do I need to register for A2P 10DLC?
A: Yes—US business texting requires A2P 10DLC brand/campaign registration for deliverability. We can provide guidance and assist with registration of your brand and campaign(s).
Q: Can I send review requests by text?
A: Yes—review requests are supported. Always obtain proper consent and honor opt-out keywords (e.g., STOP).
Q: Will you help me stay compliant (A2P 10DLC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, TX SB 140, etc.)?
A: We provide templates, recommended consent language, and best-practice guidance or advice, but we’re not a law firm. You’re responsible for your compliance. We recommend consulting your legal counsel for guidance and requirements for your specific use case. Legal and regulatory compliance requirements may differ by communication type, location/region (of your business and your customers/leads), and other factors. Fines, penalties, and other issues arising from violations of applicable law and marketing regulations are your responsibility.
Q: How can I improve message deliverability?
A: Proper registration/authentication (A2P, DKIM/SPF), consent-based sending, clean lists, and message timing/volume, along with other best practices may improve message deliverability. While we can provide some guidance and support to help you improve message deliverability, following established best practices and complying with legal and regulatory requirements are always going to provide better deliverability.
7) Websites, Funnels & Lead Capture
Q: Can I build a website or landing pages here?
A: Yes—you can build websites and landing pages in Agency Edge Pro. We feature an easy-to-use, drag-and-drop page builder. Build unlimited websites and funnels, including forms, pop-ups, chat widgets, and booking pages with integrated attribution and conversion tracking. We work with many businesses that build and host their websites within the Agency Edge Pro platform. While we do not focus on large, custom websites, we can assist with creation of your website, and business-class hosting is included. Schedule a strategy call for more information.
Q: Do you support online booking?
A: Yes—our calendar links, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling capabilities are built-in. Agency Edge Pro calendars can sync with Google and Outlook calendars.
Q: Can I embed forms or chat on my existing site?
A: Absolutely—you can use our forms and chat widgets on almost any site, or build your site and funnels in Agency Edge Pro for easier, direct integration with your CRM, automations, and artificial intelligence features. Using Agency Edge Pro forms and chat widgets on other sites may basic technical knowledge or coordination with your website provider for integration and site updates.
8) Integrations
Q: Which platforms can I connect?
A: Google (Gmail/Calendar/Business Profile), Facebook/Instagram, Outlook/Office 365, Stripe (payments), and more. Ask for your specific use-case. Additional integrations are available through Zapier, Make, or via premium features and webhooks within Agency Edge Pro. Use of third-party integration platforms, and additional features and integrations within Agency Edge Pro may deplete usage credits or result in additional charges/fees.
Q: Do you have an API?
A: Yes—account level APIs and webhooks support data syncs and custom integrations. (Some external systems may require their own API subscriptions, and/or additional fees may apply.)
9) AI & Automation
Q: What practical AI uses will help me day-to-day?
A: The AI capabilities within Agency Edge Pro are not only powerful, they're transformative for small businesses. AI can help with many of your day-to-day tasks. It can help you draft and send replies, summarize conversations, create campaign copy or other content, help build automations or funnels, and power chat or voice conversation flows, so you not only work more efficiently, AI can work on your behalf even when your business is closed.
Q: Will AI and automations replace my team?
A: No—they augment your team by handling repetitive tasks, freeing people to focus on service, sales, and administrative tasks that require a human touch. Most businesses find that AI and advanced automation are an incredibly valuable addition to their team, enhancing their productivity, boosting sales, increasing reliability and consistency, and assisting with critical tasks when necessary to meet business goals. The extent to which you use AI and automations in your business is completely up to you- we can discuss your specific needs and priorities, and make recommendations on how best to implement AI and automation, should you choose to do so. A: Agency Edge Pro offers multiple ways to easily or automatically send review requests to your customers and contacts via SMS, email, and WhatsApp (if enabled). A consistent, systematic approach to requesting reviews, combined with being a reliable, customer-focused business makes it easy to turn the trust you've earned into a stellar online reputation. Q: Can I respond to reviews in the platform?
A: Yes—you can monitor and respond to reviews in Agency Edge Pro under the "Reputation" tab. Responding to every single review is recommended, as it will help to boost your online reputation. Your AI Employee can also respond to reviews on your behalf, if needed, saving you time and money.

A: We use modern encryption, role-based access, two factor authentication, and reputable infrastructure to provide the most secure environment possible for your data. We recommend following best practices in your business to ensure your data is as secure as possible.
Q: Do you sign BAAs or support HIPAA?
A: Some healthcare workflows are supported; HIPAA/BAA availability may vary. Ask us about your specific requirements before handling PHI.

A: No.

Q: What support is included?
A: Training and support may vary by plan selected, with our upper tier plans providing more individualized support and group support options. All plans include chat and email support and our weekly office hours training and support calls. Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes—you can cancel any time. Our refund and cancellation policies can be found in our terms of service and end user license agreement page.

Q: What are the first steps after I sign up?
A: When you sign up with us, we'll gather the necessary information to establish and setup your account, then book an initial onboarding call to go over the process in more detail, and to gather additional information that may be needed.
